Chief Officer’s and Engineers

President, Secretary and Construction and Engineering Manager, William Bonadiman II (experience) 22 years in general engineering construction, public works construction, inspection and design/build wastewater reuse systems. Mr. Bonadiman’s experience in project development and management brings our valuable team together providing the Client with the most cost effective water solutions.

Wastewater and Water Engineering, Barry Bierschbach has 30 years experience in wastewater treatment design, permitting and advanced effluent re-use. Barry has been our technical consultant and engineering associate since 1995. He is now an employee of Bonadiman Consultants, Inc.

Project Manager and Superintendent, Carlo Bonadiman. Mr. Bonadiman has over 15 year experience in estimating, project management and plant operations. Mr. Bonadiman has supervised and built several wastewater plants in California and Arizona. He has a good ability towards value engineering. Carlo was the project manager for the Colusa Tertiary Wastewater Facility which we completed in February 2005. Carlo’s responsibilities included piping and mechanical installation, all civil work and equipment erection.

Arizona civil engineering and permitting; Jim Downing. Mr. Downing has 20 years experience in Arizona wastewater treatment and discharge permitting. His experience with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality adds an important component to our turn-key approach in tertiary wastewater design/build.

Wastewater Engineer, Alon Lebel has over 30 years experience in advanced wastewater process engineering, sewer collection systems, lift stations and potable water systems. He brings and immense amount of integrity and experience to our team.

Technical Services, Bren Bonadiman is our newest employee in charge of wastewater sampling, testing, analysis and equipment installation.
